Payment

J-Dalış Tur.Tic.Ltd.Şti., will be mentioned as J-Dalış, requests CHARTERER (Cabin / Boat) to pay % 30 of P.P price or boat price to realize the reservation. This amount will be paid in 14 (fourteen) days.

Rest of the amount will be paid prior 90 days prior tour starts.

J-Dalış concretise the booking. Even if this contract wasn’t signed mutually, advance payment and payment will act as the CHARTERER has accepted all the items written in this contact. J-Dalış has right to cancel subject reservation when CHARTERER fails payment in time.

Cancellation Conditions

In case of any cancellation, the following rules apply:

From Tour Start Date,

* For cancellations made up to 91 days in advance, 30% of the prepayment will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded.

* For cancellations made between 90 - 60 days, 30% of the tour fee is deducted and the remaining balance is refunded. If the boat is rented to someone else after the cancellation, the amount received will be refunded.

* For cancellations between 59 days and 31 days, 50% of the tour fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded. If the boat is rented to someone else after the cancellation, the amount received will be refunded.

* For cancellations between 30 - 01 days, there is no refund from the tour fee. If the boat is rented to someone else after the cancellation, the amount received will be refunded.

Cancellation refunds are made to the person who made the reservation 30 days after the tour date.
